                                     J Troop Billiards at The Pool School®

Any new or used cue-shaft or J Troop Billiards® product, instructional journal, training manual, or Pool School® course(s), purchased from any individual or company (either in person or via the Internet) which is not sanctioned as an authorized dealer of J Troop Billiards® Ltd., will not have access to factory direct, J Troop Billiards® warranties of any sort.

Products in question, in need of repair or replacement, are to be sent directly back to the point of purchase.

Factory direct J Troop Billiards® products, instructional journals, training manuals and Pool School® courses, are built and designed using the finest materials available, and taught utilizing cutting-edge teaching methods and techniques. All fabrication, lesson planning design, and teaching methods are completed, designed, and provided by some of the finest craftsmen, and experienced instructors, presently found within the billiard industry. We are extremely proud of our products and repair services, and inspect each throughout the work process, to include a final inspection prior to packaging for shipment.

J Troop Billiards® warrants to the original purchaser, that its products and materials are free from defects in material and workmanship; we shall repair or replace the item(s) in question at our sole discretion.

All parts of the J Troop Billiards® products are covered by the warranty but, exclude warpage and normal wear on replaceable parts such as tip, ferrule, finish, booklet cover(s) and pages, and batteries in electronic devices.

In the unlikely event you discover a flaw in workmanship or should a particular product become damaged, do not attempt to repair it yourself contact the original place of purchase for warranty service.

This warranty is void if your J Troop Billiards® product, instructional journal, training manual and Pool School® course, has been subjected to mishandling, misuse, abuse, repair, altered, or taught by an entity other than J Troop Billiards® LTD.

The warranty applies to J Troop Billiards® as belonging to the ORIGINAL owner and is nontransferable.

J Troop Billiards® will resolve all warranty claims at its discretion.

J Troop Billiards® products, instructional journals, and training manuals, are NOT warranted against breakage or warpage.

We have no direct control over product usage or the environment in which they are stored; Therefore, we assume NO responsibility for warpage, breakage, or any type of water/external damage, which may result.

All J Troop Billiards® cue-shaft repairs, tip and ferrule replacements and shaft resurfacings, leave the shop straight and in new condition. When you receive or buy your shaft, inspect it thoroughly. Should you elect to chalk and use your shaft, this is a sign of acceptance of the craftsmanship and superior useable condition, in which it was received.

The regular service customer and/or request for warranty claimant, shall be responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipping costs.

The buyer is responsible for all credit card, Venmo, or Pay Pal fees should the scheduled work be cancelled:

Include the following on all work orders and warranty requests:

• Your first and last name
• Your shipping address
• Daytime telephone number/email
• Instructions for your repair or description of claim
• Copy of your original receipt of sale, if warranty repair.
• We cannot guarantee that any repair issues will be covered under warranty; although we will gladly inspect your submittal and make a final determination, to repair, replace, and/or refund the original purchase price. 

The aforementioned, reflect the complete J Troop Billiards® Ltd. product and service warranty, and repair-replacement policy. There are no additional warranties applicable, either expressed, written or implied.
